IDPIC / Legal
Service description
IDPIC provides online document-photo guidance, upload, image processing, specification checks and file-download functions. The scope of free and paid features should be displayed before the relevant step begins.

Private
encrypted processing
IDPIC is an independent private service and is not affiliated with any government, embassy, or consulate. Final acceptance always belongs to the issuing authority.
User responsibilities
Users must provide lawful, recent portraits suitable for processing, have authority to upload all content and obtain parent or legal guardian authorisation for a minor. The service must not be used to impersonate another person or for unlawful activity.
Payment, delivery and refunds
Paid functions show their price and deliverables before checkout. Refund requests are reviewed under the refund policy and should include the order reference, account email, issue description and necessary evidence.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Users retain applicable rights to portraits they lawfully upload. Rights in site software, interface, brand, compiled specifications and original content remain with their respective owners; unauthorised copying, resale or interference is prohibited.
Service limits and final review
IDPIC is an independent private service and does not issue passports, visas or identity documents. Guidance and automated checks reduce formatting errors but do not guarantee acceptance; the relevant issuing authority makes the final decision.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when services, prices, technology or legal requirements change. Material changes should be published on the site, and users should review the current version before continuing to use the service.
Accounts, authorisation and prohibited use
Keep sign-in credentials and verification codes private and use an account you are authorised to control. Do not access another user’s tasks, bypass payment or access controls, interfere with the service, or upload material you have no right to use. Report suspected unauthorised activity through support. You retain applicable rights in your lawful original portrait. Permission to process it for your selected service is not permission to publish it as marketing material. A parent or authorised guardian must act appropriately for a minor.
Availability, data lifetime and interrupted tasks
Service availability can be affected by maintenance, network conditions or a required provider. An interrupted page does not by itself establish whether payment or processing completed. Check the existing order or task and contact support before making a duplicate purchase. Photo files are automatically deleted after 7 days for unpaid tasks and 30 days for paid tasks, or earlier at your request. Keep required downloads within the available period. Expired or deleted files may require a new preparation; deletion alone does not create a refund entitlement.
Questions, disputes and mandatory rights
Read these terms together with the privacy, cookie and refund policies and the deliverables shown for your purchase. If a statement appears inconsistent, contact support@tryidpic.com with the page and order reference so the issue can be clarified. Do not rely on an isolated promotional phrase instead of the applicable service conditions. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights under applicable consumer or data-protection law. Applicable legal requirements and competent dispute-resolution channels depend on the circumstances.
