Official information sources
Government names, document names, trademarks and official links are used only to identify a document and help users verify requirements. They do not indicate ownership, partnership or endorsement. Users should review the issuing authority's latest instructions before applying.
Final decision-making authority
IDPIC can prepare dimensions, crop, background and file parameters and check them against known specifications. No automated result, review or support response guarantees approval; only the relevant issuing authority decides whether a photo or application is accepted.
Our service fee is not an application fee
An IDPIC purchase pays for the selected photo-preparation deliverable. It is not a passport or visa application fee, a consular charge or payment for priority treatment by an authority. Users must complete their application separately through the appropriate official channel. No label, country flag, official link or support reply should be interpreted as government endorsement. A requirement reference identifies a source; it does not create a partnership or give IDPIC decision-making authority.
When a guide and official instructions differ
Requirements can change and some catalog entries have incomplete source evidence. Read the source and verification information on the relevant page; a catalog value should not be described as freshly verified when the page does not establish that. If a government portal shows different dimensions, editing restrictions or submission steps, follow the current official instructions and send us the conflicting page reference. We can investigate the content; we cannot waive a rule or overrule a rejected application.
Preparation, privacy and customer remedies
Independence does not remove responsibility for describing our own service clearly. Prices, included files, retention and deletion choices should be read with the terms, privacy and refund policies. Photo checks and customer feedback must not be used as acceptance guarantees. For a technical issue, billing concern or early deletion request, use support@tryidpic.com and identify the relevant task without sending unnecessary personal documents. Rights and remedies concerning the purchased service remain separate from the authority’s decision on the application.
