Overview
Purpose and retention Uploaded portraits are used to validate, crop, adjust the selected background and produce the requested photo. Free or unpaid tasks are available for 7 days and their temporary images may then be deleted. Paid downloads are available for 30 days; the uploaded original, uncropped GPT image and final crop are retained permanently in private storage.
What you need to know
Processors and recipients Cloudflare R2 stores encrypted private objects; private Hivision performs pre-payment face preflight; PiAPI is image relay 1 and img.yunfei.best is image relay 2, configuration selects their order, and the relay actually used receives the uploaded portrait and forwards it to gpt-image-2 for controlled ID-photo editing; Stripe processes payment and does not receive portraits. Each image relay's data-processing terms, processing regions, input/output retention, and deletion mechanism must be reviewed before production use.
