1. Choose the country and document
Select where the photo will be used, then choose the exact passport, visa or identity-document type. The service loads the relevant dimensions, background and composition rules.

2. Upload a clear portrait
Use a recent front-facing photo from a phone or camera. It should be sharp and evenly lit, with the face unobstructed and enough space around the head and shoulders.
3. Let the service process the photo
The workflow applies portrait positioning, background treatment, cropping and sizing for the selected specification, then checks key parameters such as facial position, margins and file dimensions.
4. Review and confirm
Inspect the preview before payment or download. Confirm that the portrait is yours, your facial appearance has not been changed and the selected document matches the application.
5. Download and submit
Download the digital file or print layout after confirmation. Check the issuing authority's latest instructions before submission; that authority always makes the final acceptance decision.
The processing behind the simple interface
The workflow combines jurisdiction-specific rules, image processing, compliance checks and file generation, so users do not need professional editing software.
Local export and cloud processing
A local free export, where offered, is prepared inside your browser without a cloud photo-processing task. Cloud processing uploads the source and uses the processing services needed to prepare the selected result. Review the selected option, its price and its deliverables before continuing. The available workflow depends on the document’s restrictions. A country guide does not authorise image manipulation prohibited by the issuing authority. Keep an original copy and compare any prepared result with the required unedited appearance.
After delivery: save or delete
A completed download saves a copy on your device; it does not automatically delete the task’s cloud images. Under our photo policy, unpaid tasks are deleted after 7 days and paid tasks after 30 days. You can initiate earlier deletion through the relevant controls or customer support. Deleting browser history or signing out does not replace a server-side deletion request. Deleting a task’s photo also does not automatically request a refund or remove accounting records. Check the privacy and refund policies for those separate actions.
